Tool #2
Personal Learning Networks can be very beneficial through learning from others and reading about what others have to say concerning certain issues. I can truly see students very eager about developing their own (PLN). Most children seem to be computer savvy already in this day and age. Reading about the commenting was helpful. A couple of things that stood out to me were...to not be afraid to comment and be mindful to be a true meaningful blogger not a splogger. I have made comments on the following blogs: Hugotepic, Gann's Gazette, Technofitness, Shopping Teacher and Armando Arias.

ReplyDeleteYour dedication and love for teaching and your students, will be rewarded even more whenever these "tools" start integrating to our duties.
Way to go, Monique!
Sorry I removed the previous comment because of this error:
"A big pad on your shoulder!"...but, after all you may need a pair of "pads" too, right?
That is true, most children now seem to know more about technology than us at times. This training will come in handy as educators. Not only will it catch the students' eye but also it will get them excited to be involved.
